I absolutely love Western Grooming. They come right to the house which makes everything so much easier and less stressful for my dogs. How long does a mobile grooming session take?

A typical session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your pet's size and the service selected. For long-haired breeds or those with severe matting, the time may be longer. Our groomer will provide an estimated time upon arrival.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

Not at all. Our mobile unit is fully equipped with its own supply of hot water and electricity. All we need is a place to park near your home in Orlando, Kissimmee, or Davenport.

What if my pet is aggressive or fearful?

Our groomers are trained in gentle handling techniques and have experience working with nervous or anxious pets. The quiet, one-on-one environment of our mobile service often helps. For everyone's safety we generally don't groom aggressive dogs, so please tell us about any history of biting before booking. If we cannot safely complete the service, a $40 trip and time fee will apply.

How often should I have my pet groomed?

It depends on the coat, but we recommend a groom every 2 weeks to keep the coat clean, brushed and free of mats, and at most every 4 to 6 weeks; wait longer and mats become much more likely. That is why our memberships come every 2 weeks (Trail Boss) or every 4 weeks (Wrangler). For cats, ask us and we will suggest a schedule based on their coat.

Do you handle emergencies or same-day appointments?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. If your pet has a grooming-related emergency (severe matting, fleas, etc.), contact us directly, and we will assess availability. Evening appointments (until 9 pm) require booking at least one week in advance.
